Whatever! – Improv show

Whatever! was a milestone for the city’s improv scene: the first fully English-language improv show ever staged in Medellín. With it, Acción Impro opened its stage to a new audience — expats, travelers, and English lovers — and proved that improv works in any language.

On stage, a cast of players built scenes, characters, and comedy games live and entirely in English, all from the audience’s suggestions. Unscripted and without a net, every performance was one of a kind.

Whatever! paved a way that is now part of Acción Impro’s identity: a company that experiments, crosses borders — including the borders of language — and finds its best material in risk.
